Manufacturing Process of Aluminum Bar:

Step 1. Casting:

preparing raw material according to different compositions ⇒smelting ⇒casting⇒ cutting ⇒ homogenizing⇒ cooling and cleaning.

Step 2. Heat extrusion:

preparing (aluminum bar and mold heating ) ⇒ extruding⇒ straightening⇒ cutting ⇒ finishing.

Step 3. Timing: 

quenching and timing in accordance with different tempers.
