Internships

In some countries Shanghai Metal offers internships to help you get a first foot on the ladder to insurance success. You work on projects with real-world applications, with the purpose of coming up with fresh ideas. You'll be able to access some of the most valued and comprehensive industry training you'll find anywhere in the world.

It’s a structured (not rigid) program, where you’ll work alongside talented professionals and handle duties (still no filing) just as if it were a full-time position. Along the way -- May to August -- you will work with your mentor to chart a course for your development and assess your progress. In the end, you’ll come away with a three-month experience you won’t forget, but will want to put on your resume. Please note that summer interns do not receive housing or relocation assistance.
